Business Builders is a 12-month program for Travel Agency Owners with Teams. It is a highly curated roadmap to success. It includes Monthly online coaching sessions, a two-day in-person workshop, quarterly goal-getting sessions, bi-weekly emails, pre-work and "you-work," and so much more! All of this is provided to you in your own Community Central. A private, members-only space for you to learn, create, share and grow!
Month 1
Launch Day! We begin our 12-month journey together. We'll meet online with an overview of your success roadmap and an introduction to the Community Central.

We meet online for an hour for Curriculum Coaching. Learn the essentials of Mission focused leadership.

Quarterly Review! This online session will include a deep dive on one essential strategy, along with time to reflect, reset, and renew!

Monthly Coaching Sessions

12 Month Curriculum
The Business Builders curriculum is a comprehensive “Atlas” that includes 8 Essential Roadmaps to Growth. It combines videos, workbooks, email reminders, and journaling for an enhanced learning experience.
Two-Day In Person - Business Builders Immersion
This intensive offsite workshop combines the best curriculum, skill building, peer sharing, and experiential learning.
We will meet at a spectacular venue, away from the grind.
This offsite retreat provides exactly what you need to work ON the business,
not in the business.
*The two-day workshop, materials, and training are included. Transportation and accommodation are additional.
4 Online Planning Sessions
Once per quarter we will set, reflect, and reset our priorities and projects. These projects will include the key pillars of the Atlas: Recruitment, Onboarding, Digital Marketing, Sales Pipeline, and Team Engagement.
Peers
Business Builders are select agency owners with teams who share a common goal. They are ready to stop doing and start leading.
You will be given the opportunity to work with accountability partners, special teams, and work groups.
Train the Trainer for Travel Advisors
You will have access to Flying Colours Academy tools and resources. This is a Travel Advisor training program that focuses on ideal customers and sales engagement.
BBC Central
A centralized learning management system. This is where you will have access to all curriculum, notifications, and communication. You will receive your own dashboard so you can keep track of your progress, ask questions, and receive feedback from the team and the community.
Ask Me Anything
You will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback, and get specific coaching on your travel business journey. These opportunities include leveraging the BBC Community Bulletin Board.
